Dr. Ray Webb, Pastor
Dr. Ray C. Webb has served Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ for more than 30 years. As a child, Dr. Webb knew he was called into ministry. He began working for the Lord under the direction of his late great uncle Bishop E.N. Webb.

On October 20, 2023, Dr. Ray Webb was voted in by the church membership and appointed pastor of Pentecostal Temple by Bishop Jerry Macklin.
Dr. Ray Webb completed all classes required with the C.H. Mason Bible Institute Nevada First Jurisdiction in 2011. He went on to obtain his Doctorate of Divinity from Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary in 2014 where he now serves as Area Vice-Chancellor.
Dr. Webb is currently employed as the Director of Housekeeping with Jobsite Hospitality ITC-UBC.
He has been married to First Lady Renee Webb for 32 years. Dr. Webb has three children: Dellene, Jeremy, and Raymond. He has three grandchildren: Jaxon, Jakeem, and Christen.
Dr. Renee Webb joined Pentecostal Temple Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late Bishop E.N. Webb. It was there that she met her husband, Ray Webb.

She received her evangelist license under the C.H. Mason licensing school in 2011.
Dr. Renee currently serves as the Vice President of the Kingdom Builders Bible Seminary which has graduated more than 103 seminarians. She obtained her Doctorate of Divinity from KBBS in Houston, and went on to run the Las Vegas Campus alongside her husband in 2014.
Dr. Renee Webb has been employed with Valley Health Systems since 1991. She also runs a publishing business called "Hands of Compassion."
Her favorite scripture is Matthew 6:33 which says, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you."
